RECRUITMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF SHIP PERSONNEL

We understand the critical importance of a motivated, well-trained, competent, and responsible crew that complies with STCW 95 (as amended), the ISM Code, and company-specific requirements. Our processes ensure strict adherence to Flag State regulations, MLC 2006, ISO standards, SOLAS, MARPOL, and OCIMF guidelines, including TMSA and SIRE 2.0. Candidates undergo rigorous selection procedures and screenings to validate their mandatory skills based on vessel type. At our clients' request, we facilitate online competence assessments, such as CES and psychometric evaluations like PI and PLI tests. CERTIFICATION CONTROL

We rigorously evaluate the quality of certificates of competency to ensure they meet the standards outlined in the STCW Code. In addition, we take extra measures to verify the competence of ship personnel and the accuracy of their pre-employment records. We also ensure that our crew members are certified in compliance with company-specific requirements and Flag State Administration regulations. To uphold the highest standards, we regularly audit our certification processes and update our procedures to stay aligned with any changes in international regulations.

MEDICAL EVALUATION

It is essential that all crew members are medically certified according to Flag State requirements and ILO standards. Our selected medical centers across India are approved by the Indian Administration and are regularly audited by both our company and our P&I representatives. Seafarers' incident and sickness claims are managed with utmost care and efficiency through seamless coordination with local P&I representatives. Furthermore, we offer ongoing health and wellness programs to support our crew members throughout their employment.

SEAFARERS PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

We offer private and group sessions with company-appointed psychologists to assess seafarers' coping mechanisms related to their job profiles. This support helps them manage the challenges arising from work pressures. Our psychologists are available 24/7 to provide assistance, ensuring strict confidentiality in all matters.
